Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value at rasch.de.
What payment options are available?

I am looking for a specific wallpaper that I cannot find in your online shop. Can I still get the wallpaper from you?
Please send us an email to info@rasch.de. Our customer service will help you find out whether we still have the wallpaper you want in stock.
When will I receive my order?
Our delivery time in Germany is 2-4 working days.
Questions about shipping
How much are the shipping costs?
We do not charge shipping costs for standard shipping.
Can I also order abroad?
We deliver to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
Which shipping service will be used to deliver my order?
We ship your order with DPD.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will usually be delivered within 2-4 working days.
Can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Is express shipping available?
Unfortunately not at present.
Questions about returns, exchanges or complaints
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order to us. Please send us an email to retouren@rasch.de. You will then receive a return label by email.
The return process is as follows:
- Place the items you wish to return in the shipping box and seal the package securely.
- Attach the return label to the shipping box in a visible place and drop off the package at your nearest DPD branch. (You can find a DPD branch near you here).
- Please keep the receipt for the parcel delivery in a safe place until your return has been processed by us.
When will I receive my money back if I return an item?
As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will arrange a refund at the same time.
Questions about sample delivery
Can I order wallpaper samples from you to view?
If you would like to check the quality, colour, texture or pattern of the wallpaper before placing your order, we will be happy to send you up to 10 wallpaper samples free of charge. We charge a flat rate of £1.60 for shipping the samples.

The samples you request will usually be delivered to you within 2-5 working days.
